About Us

​The Triangle Chamber Academy (TCA) is a friendly, convenient, accessible program for young musicians to experience collaborative music in the context of small chamber groups with their peers. TCA consists of talented, young student musicians in the Triangle area, meeting weekly with an assigned coach to rehearse and perform in small ensembles. Chamber music and communication skills are developed through private coachings, which are scheduled based on the availability of everyone in the group, and are flexible in terms of both time and location. Masterclasses, workshops, and performances are held throughout the semester, further developing the artistry and confidence of each player. Throughout the various activities surrounding chamber music and collaborative playing, a community is formed inside and outside of the Triangle Chamber Academy.
